Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how our return process works.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we typically cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Cost

Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), the customer pays for return shipping.

Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
