Meet Chica!

Hi, my name is Chica. I am roughly a one to two-year-old Chihuahua mix. My foster mom says she’s proud of me for a lot of reasons. For example, I like new people after I meet them for a few minutes, I am quiet – I hardly ever bark or whine except when my foster cats won’t play with me. I only go potty outside and do well in my crate. I sit real still when I’m asked to and when I’m getting my leash on and off. I enjoy playing fetch and with all kinds of toys! Although I have a lot of good manners, I am still young and working to be the best girl I can be. There are a couple of things that make me nervous, big dogs I don’t know and strangers outside, but I’m trying to be brave. I would love to find a family to play and cuddle with me. Adopters should be within an hour of Toledo, Ohio.

I understand the statements I have read about this dog are true based upon the foster evaluation of this dog. I understand this dog may behave differently (negatively or positively) in my home. I understand that while the dog might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with my animal(s) or child(ren). I understand that the dog is represented to me as it performs and behaves in the foster home and any statements made regarding the dog are conditional to the foster home setting.
